These terms apply to purchases from and use of LaKigurumi.com, operated by CINDA COMMUNICATION CO., LIMITED.
1. Using Our Store
Use our store lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Purchases by customers under 18 must be made with a parent or guardian's involvement. Keep your login credentials and verification codes private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not misuse the website, access other people's accounts, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders. Business purchases are welcome; contact us to discuss wholesale, dropshipping or custom requirements.
2. Products, Prices & Payments
Check the product description, size information and order details before paying. Prices, currency, shipping charges and any applicable taxes shown at checkout apply to your order. Available payment options are displayed at checkout; see Payment Methods.
We aim to keep product information accurate. If a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud affects your order, we will contact you where possible. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any shipping charges attributable to them.
3. Shipping & Custom Orders
Standard orders are usually prepared for shipment within 12 hours after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–12 days. Preparation time is additional, and delivery dates are estimates. See Shipping for details.
Custom-product details, prices and production and delivery times are agreed separately before ordering.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
For cancellation requests, contact us promptly with your order number. Availability depends on the order's processing status and applicable law. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Contact us before sending an item back.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation, withdrawal, faulty-goods or refund rights.
5. Website Content & Privacy
Website content may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to LaKigurumi or the relevant rights holders. Do not copy or commercially reuse protected content without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.
