Returns and Exchanges

Need to return or exchange an item? Email service@lakigurumi.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your request and explain the next steps.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us. Include your order number, the item and size, and the reason for your request. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Wait for instructions. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. If approved, we’ll email the correct return address and instructions.
Send the item back. Follow the instructions we provide.
Refund or replacement. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the applicable refund or confirm and ship your replacement. We’ll provide a new tracking number when a replacement ships.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not use the address on the parcel or another address on our website unless we confirm it as your return address. Unapproved returns may not be identifiable or eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

Return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition. We review each request against these conditions before providing approval.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If we sent the wrong product or a different size from the one you ordered, or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us with your order details and photos. For an eligible return caused by our error or a damaged or defective product, we cover return shipping and provide a full refund, including applicable original shipping charges.

Other Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind or wish to return an item for another reason, we may accept the return if it meets the conditions above. You are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

For approved exchanges, you pay return shipping to us and LaKigurumi covers shipping of the replacement item. If the request concerns our error or a damaged or defective item, contact us so we can provide the appropriate shipping instructions.

Refund Timing

For returns, we process the applicable refund after receiving and inspecting the item. Once approved, we aim to process your refund within 24 hours. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.
