Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or unexpected fulfillment delays.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rates for eligible destinations are:

• Orders of $30 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping

• Orders below $30 USD: $10 USD Standard Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on the applicable shipping profile, destination, and order value.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days in transit.

Order processing time is additional.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, and seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment location or another authorized fulfillment partner, depending on inventory availability and the selected product.

The shipping origin does not necessarily indicate the registered location of the operating company.

We ship to eligible international destinations, including the United States.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination and the options displayed at checkout.

Some remote areas or destinations may not be supported.
